Privacy Policy

AI Ready America is a not-for-profit public-private partnership. This policy explains what we collect on aireadyamerica.org, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@joineta.org.
What we collect
- Information you give us in forms (membership sign-up, event registration, training requests): name, email, organization, role or title, and anything else you choose to enter, such as phone, LinkedIn profile or a message.
- Concierge conversations: the questions you type into the AI concierge, so it can answer them.
- Basic usage statistics: pages viewed, referring site, campaign tags, device type and approximate location (country, region, city) from our hosting provider. We do not set analytics cookies. Visits are counted with a code that changes every day and is not linked to your identity.
- Security information: your IP address is used briefly to prevent spam and abuse (rate limits and bot checks).
How we use it
- To set up your membership, respond to your requests and send the emails you asked for.
- To plan programs and events and understand which parts of the site are useful.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use a small set of service providers who handle data on our behalf:
- Vercel (website hosting) and Supabase (database).
- Resend (sending email).
- Cloudflare Turnstile (checking that a form was sent by a person, not a bot).
- Anthropic (the AI model behind the concierge; your concierge messages are sent to it to generate a reply).
AI Ready America works with state AI Ready programs. If you sign up for a program in a specific state, the team running that program can see your sign-up.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions while your program participation or request is active, and delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. Sign-in links and sessions for our staff are deleted automatically after they expire.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@joineta.org. Every email we send also includes a way to opt out.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
